What do you do? What is NS? And what you don't crack backs?

I often hear the phrase "back cracker" when people learn that I am a chiropractor. And most of the time I shake my head and say no that is not what I do.
As a doctor of chiropractic I have a different philosophy on how to help the human body recover, improve and reach a optimal state of living. My personal goal is to help practice members (clients) to live a healthy, well-balanced life in which their emotional and physical self are functioning at its best. I do this by working directly with the nervous system.
90% of people don't think about their back until it hurts, but what is more amazing is that 95% of people have no idea that their spine houses the nervous system which is the coordinating system of the entire body. Teaching the principle that a health spine is a healthy you, and that you live your life through your nervous system is a key component at Balanced Life Wellness.
No Crack! That's right! I use a system of gentle cues that works in correcting the subluxations of the spine. Network Spinal is a system that assess the cause of stress, whether physical, chemical, or emotional that result in spinal and neural distress and interference. Network Spinal is used to help reorganize life from within and out, creating an internal environment for a strong, healthy, well-aligned spine.
BENEFITS:
- Spinal and joint realignment--leading to reduced pain and discomfort
- Improved physical state
- Improved adaptability to stress (internal and external)
- Move beyond the realms of chronic pain
A quick pop or crack leaves you with temporary relief and only keeps you chasing the symptom merry-go-around instead of moving to healing on the underlying neurological pattern. At Balanced Life Wellness we focus on the nervous system housed within the spine with the ultimate goal to heal the underlying neurological pressures, spinal obstructions, tensions and shifts so the Innate Intelligence of the body is allowed express its greatest quality of life in each person.
"The health of the human nervous system is directly proportional to the health of the spine, and the Innate Intelligence of the body has the power to heal." ~Palmer
