Golf and Sports Injury Recovery Program

Accelerate Your Recovery and Get Back on the Course Faster.

Golf and other Sports injuries can happen to anyone, from professionals to weekend warriors. They can occur due to overtraining, improper technique, inadequate warm-ups, or just plain accidents–leading to muscle and joint pain or limited mobility that impacts your performance and overall well-being.

At Balanced Life Wellness, we understand the distress and inconvenience such injuries bring.  Our approach involves a thorough assessment to identify the root cause of your discomfort and develop a personalized treatment plan. We use a variety of techniques such as chiropractic adjustments, laser therapy, and soft tissue therapy to reduce inflammation and improve joint function. As your healing progresses, we'll introduce corrective exercises to improve your strength, flexibility, and address any biomechanical imbalances.

Through this program, we aim to help you rapidly recover and get back to the sports and activities you cherish. Don't let sports injuries keep you sidelined. Book your appointment by calling or using the link below and let us get you back into the game stronger than before.

Within our Sports Injury Program, Dr. McCurley has developed a Golf Injury Recovery and Performance Enhancement Program.  The goal of this program is to provide solutions to improve overall body function and performance, allowing you to get back on the course faster.  Understanding the specific biomechanics of the golfer is important in recovering from an injury, as well as helping to reduce the risk of future injuries.  Care sessions are personalized, 1 to 1 care, that is focused and tailored for each client. Dr. McCurley began training with the Titleist Performance Institute in September 2024.
